Love,
star gazing at you,
hope tingling,
bells ringing,
shreaking aloud,
until the next time 

Thousands prayers and same 
pray, yet again I believe

C h a s e

And there it was, while gaping over 

my preferred desert, pancakes,

something in me cuddled my throat up as 

I observed the man and a woman conversing 

over a coffee across me , 

the two kids running after their mama to let them order junk.

I realized all of us chases something or the other.

Chasing is not a wrong thing but chasing the wrong things is wrong.

There are so many wonderful things out there to chase 

instead of chasing after love, 

or continuously seeking validation or finding the love 

in whoever we meet and talk to.

Chase after making new connections. 

Chase after the captivating conversations that leave you dumbfounded 

with questions that open you up to unfamiliar sides of life.

Chase after the freedom to do whatever the eff you want to, 

you got the power of your life.

Chase after your solitude. The places you go to with only 

your thoughts walking beside you. 

Chase after the places that make you feel happy to be in. 

Live in it. Learn the depths you inculcate. Explore within.

Don’t chase after love. 

Rather, chase after compassion, chase after passion. 

Chase after the places that make you  feel alive, being you.  

Say yes to the adventures, take the risks. 

Bumble forward without having to know the HOW. 

Chase after the dreams that terrify you and excite you 

at the same time. Do things that triggers your soul 

and lights you up. 

Chase after the uncertainity. Chase after the 

madness and confusion. 

Chase the smallest gestures. Chase after the moments 

you feel short of words to describe. 

Chase after the ideas and creativity. 

Chase after what you cannot stop thinking about.

Go behind the honesty, the rawness, 

have conversations, heart to heart and

soar free.

Go in search of life, and life will eventually come and

Give  you the love you happen to seek.

The love that will spark your soul,

the love that will give you comfort in silence.

But first, Chase nobody but yourself.
